Who we are
As a forward-looking company, we are committed to an exemplary and employee-orientated personnel policy, and our personnel work makes an important contribution to the success of the company. The personnel policy of ThyssenKrupp Drauz Nothelfer is an integral component of the overall company policy – both in the case of strategic and operational decisions.

Our aim is to create a company dedicated to learning and performance by means of professional personnel processes, in order to achieve, together with our employees, performance improvements and greater efficiency. The internal company instruments (management principles, management skills) thereby form a sound foundation for the dialogue between superiors and employees. In this context, performance is controlled by various instruments, and discussed annually, because our employees are the guarantor of our success.

Management skills

Management skills are both the guideline and the standard for management and co-operation within the ThyssenKrupp group. These form the basis for success and further development at all levels and all areas of the company.

Systematic and target-orientated personnel and management development are directed toward management skills, and include the abilities, ideas and experience of management staff and employees as essential elements for continual quality improvement in all areas.
