We have made it our task to develop and implement a forward-looking ecology concept. This concept embraces every part of the value-creation chain, from planning, design and production, right through to use and final disposal. Our aim is to preserve the environment as far as possible and to save resources. This positive attitude toward the environment is supported and promoted by the whole workforce.
The health and safety of our employees are also of paramount importance to us. We therefore place great store on the protection of our employees at the workplace. The work safety guidelines agreed within the group apply both within the ThyssenKrupp Drauz Nothelfer group and throughout all companies of the group, and form the measure of our actions. Our company doctors ensure the health of our employees. As part of our company health promotion scheme, we give priority to prevention, and give our employees the opportunity to take part in regular preventive examinations, vaccination campaigns and course programmes.
