Our service offers expert assistance in all questions arising after commissioning of systems. Instruction and training of staff guarantee our customers optimum productivity.

In addition to the classic services such as maintenance of equipment and spare parts supply our service department also handles rebuilds, relocation and optimisation projects. The services also include the further development of existing equipment.

We are also available to our customers as a partner for the complete operation of systems with guaranteed product quality and quantity.

Services
Training

We offer training tailor-made to customer requirements, thereby guaranteeing the qualification of staff. This leads to high productivity in equipment manufacture, increased safety at work and quality assurance. Due to such purposeful training, our customers’ staff remains flexible.

Spare parts management

Our intelligent spare parts management only causes minimal process costs. We guarantee the perfect functioning of the spare parts on installation. Due to a thorough pre-sales consultation we are able to identify and avoid risk parts already at an early stage. We also offer an individual and tailor-made warehousing concept.

Maintenance

Within the product line of maintenance, we offer inspections, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for already existing systems. For our customers, this service means an increase in productivity due to optimised availability. The fixed costs, such as personnel costs, can be variablized, allowing our customers to concentrate on their core business. With the use of qualified processes, methods and specialist expertise, we guarantee prefect functioning of the equipment. This also leads to extended guarantee.

Conversions, relocations, C/S-KD equipment

The service department also offers rebuilds and relocation of existing equipment. With the aid of the technological know-how of an equipment manufacturer, we offer efficient turn-key solutions at fixed prices. Through careful analysis and planning, the customer is able to improve the efficiency of old systems and reduce his investment requirements. New parts and used components can of course be combined in such processes. We offer our customers the guarantee of defined performance parameters for old systems, too. In addition to planning and realization of rebuilds we also produce C/S-KD equipment which contains all the know-how of a full-service supplier.
